Saturday, October 13th, 2018 – Lake Tawakoni
The Ray Hubbard Bass Club fished our ninth and last members only tournament of 2018 on Saturday October 13th on Lake Tawakoni. The day started cold and rainy and stayed that way all day. There were two rounds of heavy storms that came through during the day that chased many of us off the water for a while while they rolled through. We didn’t get any dry weather until weigh in time. The fishing was pretty good for the 24 teams that came out in the rain to play, although no Tawakoni giants were brought to the scales. When it was over, the team of Ronnie Manning and Capp Peace got the win with a nice limit that weighed 18.47. The second place team of Kelly Langhorne and Jeremy Collins had big bass of 4.73
