Saturday, May 12th, 2018 – Lake Cedar Creek
The Ray Hubbard Bass Club had our fourth members only tournament last Saturday May 12th on Cedar Creek Lake. The weather and water temperatures are both getting warmer and the transition from spawn to post spawn made the big females harder to catch. The wind was up as well making moving around a challenge. 36 boats came out to fish with us. When the day ended the team of Paul Villarreal and Joe Ruiz got the victory with a limit that weighed 16.83 pounds. It was anchored by big bass of the tournament, a 7.16 beast.
